Elizabeth Hayt is a New York City born journalist, author and designer whose career began as an art historian and art critic. Her writing has been featured in a wide range of publications, including The New York Times, Vogue, W Magazine and ArtNews. She published a memoir “I’m No Saint: A Nasty Little Memoir of Love and Leaving” in 2005.

Hayt later turned her discerning eye toward designing unique home decor collectibles inspired by the animal and plant world. Her vast knowledge of history, culture and the arts offers a unique perspective on the creative process and the craft of writing.
